Welcome to Pura. By downloading or using the Pura mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Use of the Service

Pura provides ingredient and safety information about non-food consumer products. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Not Medical Advice

Pura is an informational tool. Safety scores and ingredient analyses are for educational purposes and do not constitute medical, dermatological, or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist before making decisions about products you use.

Subscriptions and Payments

Pura+ subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's standard refund policy. We are unable to process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and data in Pura are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Pura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, ingredient data may be incomplete or out of date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pura and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pura is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
